Pick up is at 7:00am, at your location.  We stop at a local Costa Rican bakery, so you can purchase a snack.  Upon arrival at the river you will be loaded on a covered flat-bottom boat, so little ones can move around safely.  This tour will give you the best opportunity to see a variety of animals in their natural habitat.  On past trips we have seen White-faced Capuchin monkeys, Howler monkeys, Coatis, Orange/Green and Blue/black iguanas, crocodiles and so much more.  A very typical family style lunch is included.  Then we head off to see the ancient Mayan pottery in the town of Guaitil.  Still being made by descendants of the Chorotega indians.  We then drive to the coffee tour, where you learn what that little bean goes through before it reaches your coffee cup.
